Made some paper windmills which displayed Bruce Mau’s design manifesto, and also showed different typographic eras. Need to take some studio photies to upload.

Behind the scenes of the ‘Layer by Layer’ project - so hard to photograph well! “Design and produce an experimental form which responds to the notion of layering. Your solution must include three different materials, some illustration, some laser cutting and some creative typography. Your solution must include the words ‘layer by layer.”

“Produce a three dimensional piece of work out of ONLY white card that relates to a typographic term, and reveals something about it’s meaning.”

So I finished a book yesterday. I’m updating my blog in order of the work I’ve done so far through my degree, so there will be a full post on this in the next week or so.
